Dear Ms. Hawkins,
As the CEO of Canerector, parent company of CESSCO, you are responsible for the lockout of hard-working people in Edmonton.
By now it is clear that by bussing in “replacement workers” who don’t have work history with CESSCO, you’re putting your company’s reputation on the line. And it can't be cheap. Have you really spent over $1.5 million to keep the Boilermakers locked out when the issue could have been resolved for less than $300,000 and put your dedicated workers put back on the job months ago?
The Boilermakers you locked out are committed to holding their ground, and they are not alone. I stand with them, and I am calling on you to do the right thing for the company and the workers: End this lock out immediately, return the Boilermakers to their jobs, rejoin them at the bargaining table and secure your company’s future.
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Garrido,
I am writing, because CESSCO’s lockout of Boilermakers has gone on far too long. It’s time for you to end the lockout and bring back the workers who have dedicated decades to the quality of CESSCO products.
Bussing in less qualified “replacement workers” is putting CESSCO’s reputation on the line. And it can't be cheap. Have you really spent over $1.5 million to keep the Boilermakers locked out when the issue could have been resolved for less than $300,000 and put your dedicated workers put back on the job months ago?
By now you have seen that Boilermakers are committed to holding their ground. And they are not alone. I stand with them, and I am calling on you to do the right thing: End this lock out immediately, return the Boilermakers to their jobs, rejoin them at the bargaining table and secure CESSCO’s future.
Sincerely,
